Download the "vel'OH! officiel" app to access nearly 1,000 shared bikes and 97 docking stations. Explore new areas with ease using our bike-sharing system.

Locate the closest docking station with available bikes by simply opening the app and enabling your location services.

Upon arriving near the station, choose your bike by clicking "Unlock a vel’OH!" from the list of available options.

Receive a notification confirming the safe return of your bike to a docking station after your ride. Share your experiences within our active user community.

Choose from flexible rental options: annual, daily, or three-day rentals. The first thirty minutes of each ride are complimentary, and payments via bank card are secure.

Borrow up to five bikes simultaneously using the "vel’OH! officiel" app. Spread the word about this feature to friends and family. Additionally, you can purchase up to five short-term passes with just one click, even without an annual pass.

Earn points by providing feedback on your bike or flagging defects to the technical service at the end of each ride through the app.

Stay informed about the latest vel’OH! service updates, including news on new services, temporary station closures, and helpful tips for an enhanced user experience.

Access your ride and pass history and reach out to our customer support team easily via phone (available in English and French) or through the app.
